The data you provide in the site's forms: name, email address, telephone, details of the property (street or area and approximate size) and the content of your message. Alongside these we keep the date, the language and the form of origin.

We do not process browsing data for analytics and we do not use third-party cookies. See the cookie policy for details.

Contact and valuation requests: to handle your request and, where applicable, prepare a proposal. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

Home brochure download: to provide the brochure and follow up on your interest in that home. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a)).

Newsletter: to email you information about Madin Estates homes and services. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation and Article 21 of Law 34/2002). You may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

Contact and valuation: while your request is being handled and for one year afterwards, unless a contractual relationship is formalised, in which case data is kept for its duration and the statutory periods thereafter.

Brochure: one year from download.

Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

After these periods, data is blocked for as long as the law requires and then deleted.

We do not disclose your data to third parties, except where legally required.

To provide the service we use providers that process data on behalf of Madin Estates as processors: website hosting (Vercel Inc., United States), request logging in a spreadsheet (Google LLC, United States) and email delivery (Resend Inc., United States). International transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@mad-in.es, stating the right you wish to exercise and providing proof of identity.

If you consider that the processing does not comply with the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

The forms on this site are not intended for anyone under fourteen years of age.
